You misunderstood the intention of ruby, it was meant to be dynamic. The ruby community is where evolution happens, that's why MVC re-emerged as a via option for the web. Neither Ruby nor Perl is not going anywhere precisely because it is unique.

Flash is not a programming language, if you're referring to action script, thats actually just a flavor of ecma (JavaScript). Adobe is calling this product Adobe animate and it's not going anywhere cause animators who use frame-by-frame animation are still using it with actionscript.
